All applicants are required to pay an application fee of RM 5,000 and complete the payment of the full application fee within 7 days of submitting the application form.

If the full application fee is not paid within 7 days of submitting the application form, the International Quality Advancement Association (PERTUBUHAN KEMAJUAN KUALITI INT'L) and the co-organizer HWT Holding Sendirian Berhad have the right to implanted the applicant to the CTOS/Experian credit system, and be marked as a bad credit enterprise.

IAQ has the right to publicly cancel the certification of any applied product at any time, and will not issue any refunds, and will not bear any legal responsibility, such as defamation, insult, or infringement.

This certificate is valid until the Expiry Date shown on the condition that the audits are conducted every year and paid for as per the Certification Agreement. Should this condition not be met, cancellation procedures will be initiated, and the cancellation status will be revealed when the QR Code is scanned.
